Thumbs up Rapidshare – My Account Manager (RS-MAM)

Rapidshare – My Account Manager V2.5.0 (RS-MAM)
by dan2010
Support 24 International Languages

Rapidshare - My Account Manager (RS-MAM): Application designed to help all frustrated account holders of Rapidshare.com Premium or Free collector. The application is designed to facilitate the account management and information collection. Due to the non existence of such a thing to be able to manage the account with Rapidshare.com it self or other parties, the need of this tool is essential.

If your answer is “NO” for any of the following that means this application is for you:
. 1- Can you delete multiple files from you account on Rapidshare.com?
. 2- Can you identify which file is the most downloaded from your list in just one Click?
. 3- Can you copy Multiple Download Links with two clicks?
. 4- Do you know how many downloads of each file occurred in the past 24 hours?
. 5- Do you know which file was deleted by you or by Rapidshare.com?
. 6- Do you find it easy to view the Rapidshare.com file list, especially more than one page list?

If that is not enough to convince you to use this application, check the application features:
. 1- Used for Premium and Collector accounts on “Rapidshare.com”
. 2- Retrieve User’s account information:
. . a- User Name;
. . b- Rapidshare Total Points Collected;
. . c- Used Storage/Space on the account;
. . d- Total Number of Files on the account;

. . f- “Traffic Today” Statistic for the account (Premium Members only);
. . g- “Traffic Share Left” (Premium Members only);
. . h- Rapidshare Server Time (Premium Members only);

. 3- Retrieve Files Information:
. . a- Files Name list;
. . b- File Size;
. . c- Total Number of Downloads;
. . d- The Date of the last download;
. . e- File Status (Available, Deleted, Normal Download, TrafficShare Download, and Secure TrafficShare Download) (Some information is only for Premium Accounts);
. . f- LinkList;
. . g- Number of Days Past since last downloads;
. . h- Monitor the last 24hours number of downloads for each file.

. 4- Delete Files (Single or multiple files at One Click);

. 11- One Click and Clear all data from the View;
. 12- Keep you application updated automatically.

What is New?
. 1- File Last Download Time is your local time (Not any more Rapidshare time that you need to figure-out)
. 2- Added more than 5 Servers for updates. should not have any network issue to the update server.
. 3- Added Button to Sort the list same as the original listing (Rapidshare Sort).
. 4- Reduced Network use for the Ads.
. 5- Ability to remove the deleted Files from the record / list.
. 6- Ability to Hide / Show the deleted files from the list.
. 7- Ability to get the list of file and the account info SUPER FAST without using the database (Useful when times you don’t need to monitor the activity, but you need the account/files info).
. 8- Fixed the issue that Right-Click menu was disabled.
. 9- Improved the Local Database to save the time to almost 25% of the older version. Also, the new Database can hold a record for up-to 30 days (Very useful for future release)
. 10- Ability to View / Hide columns from the list.
. 11- Fixed few other bugs.
. 12- THE BEST OF ALL, the one you are waiting for. You can choose now to have the application runs in the background so it can collect the data for you and have a better monitor on your files. You can set the interval time your self, minimum 5 minutes. (Database can have up to 30 days, day to day data, and past 2 days, interval time’s data). (This feature will be more useful in my future release when you will be able to view these data in more details of each file using GUI or Log, also the capability of using Remote Location to save your database remotely, to be able to view / monitor it from any computer).
. 13- Ability to Enable / Disable Rapidshare’s “Last Download” time conversion to local time.
. 14- 24 Languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese(Simplified), Chinese(Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish. (If you need to add you language that is not listed or you need to improve the current one, contact me by email)
. 15- Fixed the issue with using the special character to retrieve the account details and files information.

Do you need more features? Do you have more ideas or suggestion to improve this application? Having difficulty with the application? Contact me in this post, PM me “dan2010” or email me at “ d a n 2 0 1 0 @ e m a i l . c o m” (Remove the spaces).

it's not that we don't like it. It's just that we simply hate rapidshare. Your app has many wonderful features.

But i really don't see a future for rapidshare, and so I'm guessing that the other users kinda think the same way as I do, and found better alternatives.

Marik,
Thanks for the respond. But unfortunately with all respect I strongly disagree with you. If you asked me few month ago I was like you thinking I hate RS and I never want to use it, but there is so much shares out there that are hosted on RS that kept forcing me to use it. At that time I was a free user and I never liked the speed and the wait. But when I start using the premium account, I loved it so much because the speed I got on this host was amazing (Around 850 Kbps for each download for up to 3-4 downloads at a time that makes it around 3-4 Mbps) and the way they keep improving is in the right path.

I think that they have the fastest bandwidth compared to the others and that matter to me a lot. For me, it's like trying to fight using Google, but we know Google still will be around for a while, and if they continue the good work they do, the longer they stay. I find Rapidshare is doing ok, not as great as Google but compared to the other host sites RS doing better. I know that RS has a horrible programmers and that shows how some of the pages or functions run (Some time I imagine it's a one or two guy/s show) and they must improve in that. Also, they have tough rules that kept changing and increasing the scales, but I think the larger they become the harder ruler they will have, but I hope after they enjoy the company size for a while they will realize that they need to rethink the way they do business and ease it a little bit.

But that is only my opinion, and I am pretty sure that a lot of people disagree with me. But honestly I never been wrong so far on these predictions (I was right on Microsoft and Google so far, and that was when they started). But thank you for clearing the picture for me to understand the other side of it, but do you mind to tell me why do you hate RS? And had tried the Premium? Also, are you talking about hating to use RS as a person who download from RS or who shares stuff on it?

Dan.

yes, I hate it when I'm forced to dl from rapidshare, because the normal acc dl speed sucks. I barely get 253 KB/s from the free user option

I did have a 6 month premium acc...and well as all premium users, I didn't complain. But now that i'm back with the free option, well it's just boring waiting over 7 minutes to dl something that would normally take me less than 1 min to dl

My normal dl sped without IDM was 3.5 MB, and with IDM was 5-7 MB/s. The only good thing rs ever did, was to remove that 1 hour waiting time after dlding a file

5-7MB/s? Which country are you from?

I get 10 Mbps (Mega Bit per second) not even 10 MBps (Mega Byte per second) from my ISP, but I was never able to use it fully even from RS.

WOW, Yeah I heard about the speed you guys get in Europe. It's amazing how much speed you guys get, it's like you have your own optical fiber at home or almost fully utilized Fast Ethernet. I wish that comes very soon here in North America.
