Destroyed by the wife and daughter's death, Commissioner Cattani regain his strenght and restart his unstoppable crusade against the Mafia.
In Milan he meet the Antinari family that owns a groups of international banks. With them is Dino Alessi, doubtful right arm of Carlo Antinari.
Cattani falls inlove with the Giulia, Antinari youngest daughter and her affair with cattani expose her to all immoral financial operations of her family and, eventually their contacts with the Mafia.
But not even this love affair can stop Cattani that succesfully stop an arm deal worthy millions. The cost of this victory will be very high...
